Arrangement 10 · 1 tile fails the image precondition
Lantern has the kit's no-image opener, and arrangement 10 requires an image per item. The register names arrangement 28 as the fallback — but 28 renders external records, and a project with no opener image is not a citation. The fallback holds where 10 sits inside a project page and does not reach this surface.
Reported rather than applied: on a canonical surface a fallback is accepted by a human, never fired silently. With design-ui.
